Penderyn’s “Tri Casgen” single malt Welsh whisky, bottled at 43% ABV and independently released through vomFASS, features a distinctive triple maturation in Carcavelos wine, Oloroso sherry, and Amontillado sherry casks.

The nose offers delicate fruit aromas of soft citrus, orchard fruits, and fresh peach or grapes, layered with rich dried fruits like figs and sultanas, alongside warm spice from the Oloroso and a nutty, aromatic complexity with subtle savory notes from the Amontillado.

 On the palate, it is medium-bodied and approachable, showcasing fruit-forward flavours of peach, pear, and orange blossom, complemented by gentle sweetness, dried fruit depth, caramel, and spice.
