Amrita Mumbay Indian Blended Whisky, 6 years

This blend of malt and grain whiskies is aged for 6 years in wooden casks at average temperature of 96.8°F. A sherry cask finish completes this truly beautiful blend. On the nose, sweet wood notes, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate, it is slightly peppery while also being sweet with light grassy notes in the background. Due to the temperature, it is much more intense and tastes a lot older than 6 years old.
