Hollow Rock German Spelt Whiskey is a rare single grain whisky made entirely from spelt, an ancient wheat ancestor cultivated at the distillery’s own Black Forest farm.

Aged for five years in a combination of new and refill oak barrels, it is bottled at 43% ABV, delivering a smooth and approachable character. The nose offers nutty malt, honey, and floral sweetness with subtle cardboard notes.

On the palate, it reveals a spicy-sweet profile with caramel and malty richness, complemented by a creamy, moderately oily texture. The finish is short to medium, featuring slight bitterness and lingering dryness.
