Ingredients:
· 50 ml vomFASS Crema di Amarena
· 100 ml Prosecco (we used Mille Bolle)
· 50 ml water
· Ice cubes
· Amarena cherries for decoration
· A sprig of fresh mint
Preparation:
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. Add the Crema di Amarena and the Prosecco. Top up with mineral water and stir gently. Garnish with fresh Amarena cherries and a sprig of mint.
