Zeni Chiaretto Bardolino Classico is a dry rosé wine from the Bardolino Classico DOC in Veneto, Italy, near Lake Garda. It is made mainly from Corvina and Rondinella grapes, sometimes with Molinara. The colour is a pale strawberry-pink to salmon, sometimes with copper or powdery rose shades. The nose shows rose petals and violets, with peach blossom and red berries. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with bright acidity and flavours of strawberries, cherries, raspberry and subtle herbal notes. It is light-bodied with a clean, crisp finish, and pairs with seafood, light starters and Mediterranean food.
