The wine presents a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, featuring fine, creamy bubbles and a persistent mousse that enhance its elegant appearance. Its aromatic profile includes white flowers, green apple, peach, and pear, with subtle hints of almonds and herbs in some examples. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and bright, supported by balanced acidity and a soft yet structured texture, finishing clean and floral-fruity.
