Did you know that the youngest part of a “reserve” is at least 4.5 years old and contributes to the casually elegant, yet extremely cultivated note of the amber-colored, sometimes forest-honey colored Cognac. Our Cognac spends between 6 and 8 years in oak barrels before we release it in its incredible fullness of flavor. Relax and enjoy the gentle bitter almond, nutty and fruity aromas. Our vomFASS cognacs come directly from the highly prized Grande Champagne region, between Cognac, Jarnac and Segozac, and benefit from the finesse that the typical chalky soil only produces in this small region.
