Dr. Burklin-Wolf Dry Riesling

Dr. Burklin-Wolf Dry Riesling is a dry white wine made from Riesling grapes. It has a pale lemon colour and medium aromas of green apple, pear, nectarine, petrol, wet stone, peach, elderflower and white blossom. The palate is dry with pronounced acidity and medium alcohol, body and flavour intensity, with a moderately long finish. Flavours of lemon, lime, green apple, wet stone, beeswax, peach, honeysuckle and grapefruit come through, with a subtle waxy texture that lingers. The flavour intensity is a little subdued compared with other examples, but the wine stays well balanced through its acidity and dryness. It is smooth and approachable.
