Produced by Tenuta Il Poggione in Montalcino, Tuscany, Lo Sbrancato Rosato is crafted entirely from Sangiovese grapes. It undergoes a 24-hour skin maceration followed by cool fermentation at around 12 °C in stainless steel, completing in about 25 days. This rosé displays a bright salmon-pink hue and offers an elegant bouquet of strawberry, cherry, violet, and subtle herbal and spice notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a slightly creamy texture balanced by crisp acidity, featuring flavors of fresh red berries, raspberry, and light rhubarb. The finish is clean, refreshing, and lightly spiced with lingering fruity and floral nuances. With an alcohol content near 12–12.5% and a dry style, it pairs beautifully chilled with seafood, salads, light grilled vegetables, and delicate cheeses.
