The nose is intensely fruity, revealing the crisp, floral, and delicate aroma of ripe Williams-Christ pears, with subtle floral and almond hints.
On the palate, it delivers a pure, juicy pear flavour—fresh, naturally sweet, and clean—supported by a gentle medium body and minimal warmth. The finish is smooth, long-lasting, and fruit-forward, making it perfect for sipping neat at 8–10 °C. It pairs wonderfully with desserts and soft or blue cheeses.
