Crema di Amarena is a sophisticated Amarena cherry cream liqueur from vomFASS, with an alcohol content of 19%.

 Made from Amarena cherries, fresh cream, sugar, and natural flavourings, it features a rich, velvety texture and a delicate pale pink-red colour. The aroma presents a sweet and tangy cherry bouquet complemented by subtle almond and vanilla notes.

On the palate, it offers a silky, dessert-like creaminess where sweet cherry flavours are balanced by mild tartness and a touch of natural acidity, enhanced by hints of marzipan and vanilla. The finish is smooth and lingering, with mellow cherry sweetness brightened by natural fruit acidity. Ideal served chilled, neat, over ice, or as a luxurious addition to desserts and creamy cocktails.
