Calamansi Elderflower Shrub

Calamansi Elderflower Shrub is a vinegar-based fruit syrup from vomFASS, made in Germany with our own Calamansi Balsam. It comes in four bottle sizes: 250ml, 350ml, 500ml and 1L. Fresh and fruity, it will refine your fruit salads and salad dressings. Simply add one part to 7 parts water and you have a refreshing drink. It is also good in vodka drinks and in a gin and tonic.

Did you know shrub is an old Arabic word that means "to drink". Shrub is the name given to fruit syrups with a vinegar basis.
